Ramadan Ration Drive 2024

The spirit of Ramadan truly came alive on our campus this year! Volunteers of QAU Volunteers Club embarked on a special mission to collect donations for families in need. It was amazing to see students from all the departments come together, united by the desire to help others. Bags of rice, lentils, and cooking oil piled high – each item a representation of the blessings we all share during this holy month.

This act of generosity wasn't just about filling ration bags. It was about embodying the message of Ramadan: compassion, empathy, and sharing our good fortune with those who need it most. These donations will bring joy and nourishment to families during this special time, making their Eid celebration a little brighter.

Fueled by the universal spirit of giving that transcends holidays and cultures, two heartwarming initiatives unfold this season. QAU Volunteer Club embarked on a mission to bring warmth and hope to underprivileged students , ensuring that children studies in cold is not effected. Against a backdrop of frosted windows and chilly classrooms, discover how our annual winter drive empowers students in need. Watch them collect coats, hats, gloves, and scarves, transforming not just the students' physical comfort but also their spirit to learn and thrive.

Meanwhile, the spirit of Christmas inspires another act of kindness. QVC did a Christmas Drive alongwith the Winter Drive to ensure that Christian employees of QAU feel supported and celebrated during the holiday season. This thoughtful initiative provides them with warm clothes, fostering a sense of belonging and inclusivity within the workplace.In Winter drive, nearby areas in the vicinity of the varsity were covered and cold resistant stuff were distributed among underprivileged segments of society.

We just completed our first consignment It was an incredible experience helping those in need and making a positive impact in our community.

From organizing donation collections to distributing essential supplies, we left no stone unturned in our mission to bring smiles to those in need. The joy and gratitude we witnessed on the faces of the people we helped was truly heartwarming.

But our journey doesn't end here, my friends. This is just the beginning! Together, let's continue to spread kindness, lend a helping hand, and make a positive impact in the lives of those who need it most.

Attention everyone! 📢🌟 We have an important call for welfare work! Let's come together and make a positive impact in our community. Whether it's donating clothes,old jackets volunteering at local shelters, or supporting those in need, every act of kindness counts. Winter is the perfect time to spread warmth and happiness. we organize a winter drive to help those who may be struggling during this season. We can collect non-perishable items(jackets,shwals, clothes etc) and distribute them to shelters. Together, we can make a difference Let's spread love and compassion this winter season! whoever want to donate just give it to our desk (infront of CL and new Qau cafe)
