According to Article 17 of 1973 constitution,
Every citizen shall have the right to form association or Unions, subject to any reasonable restrictions imposed by law in the interest of sovereignty or integrity of Pakistan, public order or morality.

Punjab residents make up the largest chunk of eligible voters — 72.3m or 56.9pc of all voters.

Sindh ranks second, contributing 26.6m voters that comprise 21pc of the total.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with almost 21.7m potential voters, who amount to almost 17.1pc of the voter count

Balochistan residents make up 4.2pc of all voters at 5.3m
