**Understanding Purpose, Embracing Possibilities**
Naeem Ghani Center (NGC) organized an insightful orientation session for the newly admitted first-year female students of **Princess Sultana Degree College for Women (PSDCW)**.
The session introduced students to the **history, vision, mission, educational programs, and human development initiatives of Sultana Foundation**, providing them with a deeper understanding of the organization’s commitment to education, character building, skills development, and positive social change.
The session was facilitated by **Mr. Pervaiz Jagwal, Training & Communication Lead, NGC**, who highlighted the Foundation’s journey, educational philosophy, institutional network, and its continued efforts to develop individuals through learning, training, and capacity building.
**Ms. Ghazala Sarwar, Director NGC**, formally inaugurated the session and encouraged students to understand the values and purpose that guide Sultana Foundation’s work.
The interactive orientation motivated students to approach their academic journey with **confidence, responsibility, determination, and a sense of purpose**, while aspiring to play a meaningful and constructive role in society.
