As part of our community welfare initiatives, two Gravity Flow Water Supply Schemes have been successfully completed in Gilgit-Baltistan:

📍 Village Shalter, UC Doyan, District Astore, Gilgit Baltistan
👥 240 beneficiaries
📅 Completed: June 22, 2026

📍 Village Damas Muhalla Pari, UC & Tehsil Jaglot, District Gilgit
👥 215 beneficiaries
📅 Completed: July 25, 2026

Together, these projects are providing clean and sustainable drinking water to 455 individuals, helping improve health, hygiene, living conditions, and overall community well-being.

Pakistan Kidney Institute (PKI), in collaboration with Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, is proud to announce the successful completion of a Gravity Water Flow Scheme in Village Meer Pura, District Neelum Valley, Azad Jammu & Kashmir.

This community water project has provided safe, clean, and sustainable drinking water to the local community, significantly improving health, hygiene, and overall quality of life in an underserved area facing water scarcity.

Access to clean water is one of the most effective ways to prevent water-borne diseases and promote healthier, more resilient communities. This initiative reflects our shared commitment to humanitarian service, sustainable development, and improving the well-being of vulnerable populations across Pakistan.
