Healing is often invisible, until it transforms lives.

Through psychosocial support sessions under the RISE-III project, women in Village Bhanger were provided with a safe space to share their emotions, release stress, and begin the journey toward healing.

For Sakina and Sugran, these sessions became much more than an opportunity to talk. Their story is a powerful reminder that psychosocial support is not only about improving emotional well-being, it is about restoring relationships, rebuilding trust, and strengthening the social bonds that help communities thrive.

Thanks to your support, Islamic Relief Pakistan successfully carried out 4,284 Qurbanis, sacrificed 612 animals, and reached 85,680 individuals across Thatta, Sujawal, Karachi, Rajanpur, Rawalpindi, DI Khan, Haveli, Lasbela, and our brothers & sisters in Gaza.

Every share of meat, every act of kindness, and every prayer you made possible has brought warmth and hope to those who needed it most.
