, Her Excellency Jane Marriott, British High Commissioner to Pakistan, After the Pakistan Wildlife Protection Awards 2026, visited the Snow Leopard Enterprise (SLE) stall and explored the beautiful range of handmade products crafted by women from snow leopard landscapes.

She showed great interest in the embroidered handicrafts and shopped from the stall, appreciating the quality and craftsmanship of products made from yak leather and other locally sourced natural materials. Her visit encouraged the community artisans whose work helps support sustainable livelihoods while contributing to snow leopard conservation.

The Snow Leopard Foundation successfully conducted the Pakistan Wildlife Protection Awards 2026, in collaboration with the Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination and the British High Commission Pakistan.

A total of 7 wildlife rangers were honored for their extraordinary achievements, and 1 community was recognized for its prominent contributions to conservation.

Dr. Shizra Mansab Kharral, Minister of State, graced the occasion as Chief Guest, while Ms. Jane Marriott, British High Commissioner to Pakistan, attended as Guest of Honor.
