BAS Madrassa Food Distribution Update – June and July 2026

Madrassa Ashat-ul-Quran, Bara Hottar, Lower Galiat, Abbottabad

Alhamdulillah, with the continued blessings of Allah (SWT) and the generous support of our valued donors, BAS continued its daily food distribution program at Madrassa Ashat-ul-Quran throughout the month of June and July 2026.

Every day, more than 200 children and teachers were provided with freshly prepared, nutritious meals, ensuring they received wholesome food in a clean and dignified environment. For many of these children, this meal is an important source of daily nourishment, allowing them to focus on their Islamic education without the burden of hunger.

A special appreciation goes to our respected Chairperson, Ms. Farhat Awan , whose constant supervision, guidance, and unwavering commitment continue to strengthen this project. Through her regular monitoring and attention to detail, significant improvements have been made in both the quality of the meals and the overall dining experience for the children. Her emphasis on serving fresh, nutritious food, maintaining cleanliness, and instilling proper Islamic etiquettes of serving and eating has brought about positive changes with every passing day. Under her leadership, the children are not only receiving wholesome meals but are also learning values of gratitude, discipline, hygiene, and respect, making this initiative a source of nourishment for both the body and the soul.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our donors and supporters whose generosity makes this project possible. Your contributions are bringing comfort, hope, and countless smiles to these young students every single day.

May Allah (SWT) accept your kindness, reward you abundantly, and continue to make you a source of ease for those in need. Ameen.

Water Bore Project #40 – Bringing Life, Hope, and Sustainability

A single act of kindness can transform not only one family’s life but also create lasting benefits for an entire community.
Today, we are sharing the before, during, and after glimpses of Water Bore Project #40 at the home of Mr. Sajid. Although he owned fertile land, the lack of sufficient water prevented him from utilizing it to its full potential. Through the generous donation of a BAS member, a water bore was installed, opening new doors of opportunity and self-sufficiency for his family.

Alhamdulillah, the land that once remained largely unproductive is now flourishing with fruits and vegetables. These crops not only provide fresh food for the family’s daily needs but also enable them to sell the surplus in the local market, creating an additional source of income and improving their quality of life.
This project beautifully demonstrates how access to water can uplift individuals and strengthen communities. Clean and reliable water is more than a basic necessity—it is a means of dignity, sustainability, and economic empowerment.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our generous donors whose continued trust and support make such life-changing initiatives possible. May Allah (SWT) shower immense barakah upon your wealth, health, and families, accept your noble contributions as Sadaqah Jariyah, and reward you abundantly in this world and the Hereafter.

May Allah continue to enable us to serve humanity and bring hope and relief to those in need. Ameen.
