President The Youth Council Pakistan Muhammad Shehzad Khan paid a visit to the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Pakistan to commemorate the innocent young lives lost in the horrific terrorist attack on the dormitory of the Lugansk Pedagogical University’s college in Starobelsk which reported that 21 young students between the age of 18 & 22 lost their lives and more than 40 injured.
During the visit, President Shehzad joined diplomats, parliamentarians, and prominent figures from across Pakistan’s political spectrum in offering my deepest respects and penned a message in the Book of Condolences. The videos and photographs displayed were a devastating reminder of the human cost of this brutal attack.
President extend his deepest condolences to the families of the victims and pray for the speedy recovery of the injured. “The youth of Pakistan stand with the youth of Russia in condemning all forms of terrorism” He said.
