Meet Our Expert Speaker for the Cyber Laws & AI Governance Training Program: Mr. Muhammad Shaheer.
Muhammad Shaheer is a licensed Advocate of the District & Sessions Courts Islamabad, an internationally accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator, and a U.S. Paralegal with experience spanning litigation, regulatory affairs, compliance, and technology law.
He has worked with law firms, corporate entities, and government institutions, including the Ministry of IT & Telecom, Government of Pakistan, where he contributed to legislative and policy matters relating to data protection, cyber law, digital governance, and telecom regulation.
Currently serving as a Legal Associate at Corporate & Technology Law Consultants, he advises and represents clients in civil, criminal, tax, and regulatory matters, while also assisting in litigation strategy, legal research, and compliance advisory.His professional interests particularly focus on cyber law, digital policy, dispute resolution, and emerging technology regulation.
Alongside his legal practice, he remains actively engaged in legal education and advocacy, having previously served as Chairperson of the Law Students’ Council Pakistan and represented the International Islamic University Islamabad in international moot court competitions.
