Ration packs were distributed to all the newly rescued families to support them in their time of need. These essential supplies aim to provide immediate relief and help the families take their first steps toward stability and a new beginning.

We remain committed to standing alongside communities, ensuring that every rescued family is supported with care, compassion, and the dignity they truly deserve.

On 5th March 2026 (Thursday), 24 families were rescued from four brick kilns in Lahore through a joint effort of SRD, PPI, and Barnabas Aid.

Among them, 22 families were rescued from three sections of Ramzan Bricks, Manga Mandi (Multan Road, Lahore), and 3 families were rescued from Shafiq Bricks (Raiwind Road, Lahore).

This initiative reflects our shared commitment to restore dignity, freedom, and hope for families trapped in bonded labor. Every rescued family represents a new beginning and a step toward a future filled with opportunity and justice.

Pakistan Partnership Initiative

Society for Relief and Development (SRD) extended the “Christian Business Stewardship” training to New Life Brethren Church, H-13 Islamabad, in collaboration with Harvesting Field Corner (HFC) under the FAME Project, with support from AFD.

The session engaged more than fifty women — including domestic workers, skilled women, working professionals, and students, and emphasized the integration of values, work, and responsible business practices. Facilitated by Mr. Noman Wilson and Mr. Naseem, the training encouraged participants to recognize their potential, manage resources with integrity and purpose, and move forward with confidence and responsibility, while maintaining strong ethical foundations in their professional and personal lives.
