Our Story

Community Social Services (CSS) is an Islamabad based non-governmental and non-profit organization set up by a group of like-minded, dedicated individuals with a passion to improve the quality of life of underprivileged communities through reforms in literacy and health. Our motto is “Every child has a right to education” as we strongly believe education is not a privilege but basic right of every human. CSS aims to establish school units in urban slum sand rural areas nationwide for underprivileged communities that do not have the financial means of providing quality education to their children. Urban slums are alarmingly neglected areas with high-poverty, where people lack access to basic needs of life and education being one of them. Our team members work closely with hard-hit communities and based on their survey we build school units within those communities considering their ease and comfort. We have female faculty to encourage female enrolment in our attempt to maintain a higher percentage of female ratio in most of the campuses. We strongly believe that education and personality development are two key elements in improving quality of life which in turn will remove barriers of class in society. Our methodology revolves around quality education, personality development of students through character building, providing information about the importance of self-care and personal hygiene. We provide rigorous teacher training to our faculty to ensure quality education with utmost love and care is provided to every child enrolled in our campuses. We have dedicated team members that provide training and constant support to all our staff and faculty members.
