Important Announcement - Khawajasira Quran School

This Ramadan, Khawajasira Quran School is NOT accepting any donations. We have not placed any stalls or collection points anywhere. Unfortunately, due to financial constraints, our physical school is closed, and we have shifted to an online teaching model.

However, if you wish to support needy Khawajasira individuals, we would be happy to connect you directly with them. You can visit them yourself and donate groceries or essentials directly.

Announcement:

Due to the significant increase in electricity bills and the subsequent disconnection of our electricity connection, along with lack of funds, we regret to inform that we are temporarily shutting down operations at the Khawajasira Community Centre and School. We will resume our services once our electricity connection is restored and our financial situation improves.

At our community center, we organized blood screenings, including HIV, HCV, Vitamin D, CBC, and more. Many Khawajasira are battling multiple illnesses and in need of medical care. Your support would mean the world to us.

The UNHCR team recently visited us to discuss collaboration for ensuring the protection and support of Khawajasira IDPs and Refugees at our newly constructed School and shelter home. Together, we'll work towards creating a safe and nurturing environment for them.
