Pakistan Youth Squad is glad to announce the fourth session for our Career Training Program (CTP 1.0)

Allow us to introduce our distinguished speaker for this session: Alishba Tayyab. With an impressive educational background as an MBA graduate from FAST-NUCES, Lahore, Alishba has carved her path as a dynamic professional in the field of Human Resources and Operations. She currently holds the esteemed position of Head HR and Operations at HYFATech. Alishba is also the CEO and Founder of Green HR Solutions.

Alishba Tayyab is going to share her wealth of knowledge and experience in a captivating session focused on "Mastering Interview Tips." Whether you're a fresh graduate stepping into the professional world or an experienced professional looking to enhance your interview skills, this session is for you.

During this illuminating session, you will gain exclusive insights into the art of making an impactful first impression, will discover strategies to confidently answer even the toughest interview questions and will acquire practical tips for post-interview follow-ups that leave a lasting impression.

Pakistan Youth Squad is glad to announce the third speaker for our Career Training Program (CTP 1.0), Miss Arooj Fatima.

Arooj Fatima is a psychologist by profession. She is the president at Edifiers Activism, and is serving as an educational consultant at Cornerstone Publications.

During this online session, Arooj Fatima will delve into the fascinating topic of fear versus respect in a job. Drawing from her expertise, she will explore the nuances of these emotions and their impact on employee morale, motivation, and performance. Arooj will share practical strategies for cultivating a culture of respect that encourages collaboration, innovation, and personal growth.

Whether you are a student, an employee, a team leader, or a business owner, this session will provide you with valuable insights and tools to create a positive work environment.

Miss Sahar Mushtaq is the host for this session who is currently a student of HND at University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.

Pakistan Youth Squad is glad to announce the first speaker of our Career Training Program (CTP 1.0), Miss Zunaira Arshad Awan.

Zunaira Arshad Awan is a social worker, public speaker, and communication skills trainer. She is also serving as a chief operating officer at Young Inventors Foundation.

We are looking forward to your presence at the first session of CTP to be held online via Google Meet, on 30th April 2023 at 8:00pm, where Miss Zunaira is going to share her valuable knowledge and experiences with the youth.

Mr. Atif Majeed who talk about career planning for more than 10 years will be the host for very first session.

Engr. Rana Muzammal Hussain is an enthusiastic individual who is putting all his efforts for the betterment of the youth of Pakistan. For the attainment of his goals he Founded Pakistan Youth Squad which provides a platform for youth to improve their skills, and become a better person.

Career Training Program is also an initiative which will help the young individuals in shaping their future and many more.

✨ PYS has organized CAREER TRAINING PROGRAM 1.0 with the collaboration of Ideological Warriors and DietNutritionZone. It's registration will start from tomorrow 17th of April 2023 and continued till 27th of April 2023.
