I'm excited to share that I've conducted two sessions of the " Spreading Smiles Across Miles . The aim of this happiness drive was to raise awareness about the importance of discussing depression and anxiety and to actively address these issues. NUML is already doing commendable work in this field, but our project serves as a beacon of hope for students as well.

In our second activity, we had the privilege of recording a session on NUML radio with NUML's Director of Student Affairs, Mr. Raja Kamran, and our project supervisor Athar Rashid NUML Social Action Projects . During this session, we discussed the steps the administration has taken and the policies being developed to assist students in adapting to and reducing tension in their academic journey.

I would like to express my gratitude to our project sponsors, particularly the Sister2Sister Exchange Program and SIE, for their support and contribution to our project's success.
