TWS HYDERABAD FACILITY IS CLOSING!
We have decided to shut our TWS Hyderabad facility after 8 years of operations - a place where TWS as an organisation started. While it has been the hardest decision so far, it is important for us as a team to recognise the financial difficulties we have been encountering in recent times while entirely running our operations across 6 facilities with crowdsourced funding. However, we do take pride in sustaining our organisation with limited funding and running it for over 8 years. We take pride in it.
We strive to make our organisation financially sustainable with maximum funds allocated to children accessing schools and not operations or manpower. We started our facility with this approach and we continue to believe in the same approach.
While our Hyderabad facility for children shuts and we move our working space online, we will continue working on all other facilities that are operational to ensure their needs are met. In addition to this, we will undergo organisational restructure and come back soon with improved organisational workflows.
