Breast Cancer Awareness Seminar by Nishat Welfare Organization

The Nishat Welfare Organization in Hyderabad, in collaboration with Nishat Girls Wing, organized an impactful Breast Cancer Awareness Seminar at Nishat Homes. The event was attended by a large number of female students and women from various universities and colleges.

👩‍⚕️ Dr. Nazish Kazim Hussain and other medical experts delivered insightful lectures, providing detailed information about breast cancer, early detection, and preventive care. They emphasized the importance of self-examination once a month and urged women to stay alert to any bodily changes and consult a certified female doctor immediately if any symptoms appear.

The experts highlighted that breast cancer is becoming increasingly common, and breaking the social silence around this issue is crucial — because timely awareness and diagnosis can save countless lives.

🤝 The event was graced by Miss Sadaf Keerio (Executive Committee Member, Nishat Welfare Organization), Maria Junejo, Suneha Junejo, Aqsa Junejo, Iqra Junejo, Farha Junejo, Varisha, and Sindhu from the Nishat Girls Wing, who played a vital role in organizing and supporting the awareness campaign.

💗 Together, they reaffirmed their commitment to spreading awareness and empowering women with knowledge that can save lives.

Anti-Drug Awareness Rally – Hyderabad

An anti-drug awareness rally was organized in Hyderabad by the Nishat Welfare Organization (NWO) in collaboration with the Social Welfare Department.

The rally was led by Mr. Nisar Soomro, Deen Muhammad Talpur, Qadir Bakhsh Bugti, Sadaf Keerio and other social leaders. A large number of men, women, and NWO volunteers participated in the event.

The leaders stated that drug addiction is a poison for the younger generation, which has destroyed thousands of lives, and that narcotics have even reached educational institutions.

They said the purpose of this walk was to raise awareness among the youth so that they stay away from drugs.

The leaders also urged the government and district administration to activate anti-drug agencies and take strict action against drug dealers and sellers.

🌧️ کراچی — آج اور کل (10–11 ستمبر) کا موسم — موجودہ سسٹم کی فائنل اپڈیٹ

کراچی میں گذشتہ چوبیس گھنٹے کے دوران مونسون سسٹم انتہائی فعال رہا، جس سے مختلف علاقوں میں پانی جمع ہونا، سیلابی صورتِ حال، ٹریفک جام اور بجلی کی بندش جیسے مسائل سامنے آئے۔

آج (10 ستمبر)

تازہ ماڈلز کے مطابق یہ کم دباؤ مزید کمزور ہوکر ’’وال مارک ایریا‘‘ میں تبدیل ہورہا ہے۔ اس کا مطلب ہے:

شام: وقفے وقفے سے درمیانی شدت کی بارش، بعض اوقات گرج چمک کے ساتھ۔
رات: بارش کا سلسلہ مدھم ہوگا، البتہ مختصر اور تیز بارش کا امکان برقرار رہے گا۔

کل (11 ستمبر)

صبح کے وقت چند مقامات پر ہلکی تا درمیانی بارش ہوسکتی ہے۔
دن کے باقی حصے میں آسمان جزوی طور پر صاف ہو جائے گا اور بارش کی شدت واضح طور پر کم ہو جائے گی۔

📌 اختتام:
یہ بارشوں کا سلسلہ جمعرات (11 ستمبر) کی رات کے بعد ختم ہو جائے گا، اور کراچی سمیت سندھ میں مون سون 2025 کا باب بھی بند ہو جائے گا۔

کراچی: بھارتی ریاست مدھیہ پردیش اور راجستھان میں ہوا کا کم دباؤ مزید طاقتور ہو گیا جس کے باعث پاکستان کے صوبہ سندھ میں آج سے 10 ستمبر تک بارشوں کا امکان ہے۔

محکمہ موسمیات کے مطابق ہوا کا کم دباؤ جنوب مشرقی راجستھان اور ملحقہ علاقوں میں موجود ہے، آج سے سندھ کے مشرقی حصوں میں طاقتور مون سون ہواؤں کے داخل ہونے کا امکان ہے، آج سے 10 ستمبر تک تھرپارکر، عمر کوٹ، میرپور خاص، سانگھڑ اور خیرپور میں بارش ہو سکتی ہے۔

اس کے علاوہ شہید بینظیرآباد، مٹیاری، ٹنڈو محمد خان، ٹنڈو اللہ یار، حیدرآباد، ٹھٹہ،بدین، سجاول اور جامشورو میں بھی تیز ہواؤں کے ساتھ بارش کا امکان ہے۔

بھارتی کم ہوا کے دباؤ کے باعث لاڑکانہ، شکارپور، کشمور، سکھر، جیکب آباد اور گھوٹکی میں بھی بارش ہو سکتی ہے۔

محکمہ موسمیات کا بتانا ہے کہ کراچی میں بھی کل شام سے 11 ستمبر تک وقفے وقفے سے تیز بارش کا امکان ہے، شہری علاقوں میں اربن فلڈنگ اور نشیبی علاقوں میں پانی جمع ہو سکتا ہے، کسان اپنی سرگرمیاں موسم کی پیشگوئی کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے ترتیب دیں۔

محکمہ موسمیات کے مطابق گڈو، سکھر اور کوٹری بیراج پر اس وقت نچلی سطح کا سیلاب جاری ہے، دریائے سندھ میں گڈو کے مقام پر 7 ستمبر کو بہت بلند سطح کے سیلاب کا امکان ہے۔

Nishat Welfare Organization was cordially invited to attend a meeting organized by the Social Welfare Department. The purpose of the meeting was to plan and coordinate the upcoming Independence Day celebration on August 14th, with active participation from local NGOs.

Awareness Seminar Organized in Collaboration Between Provincial Ombudsman Sindh and Red Crescent Sindh

An awareness seminar was organized through the joint efforts of the Provincial Ombudsman Sindh and Red Crescent Sindh.

The event featured the special participation of Mr. Muhammad Sohail Rajput Provincial Ombudsman Sindh,

Mr. Rehan Hashmi Chairman of Red Crescent Sindh, warmly welcomed the Provincial Ombudsman.

Mr. Mansoor Abbas Secretary of the Provincial Ombudsman Sindh, also addressed the seminar.

Mr. Masood Ishrat Registrar of the Provincial Ombudsman Sindh,
Mr. Kanwar Waseem Secretary of Red Crescent Sindh, and Mr. Imdad Hussain Siddiqui Director of CDJU, delivered presentations during the session.

During the Q&A segment, the Provincial Ombudsman responded in detail to questions raised by participants.

The seminar saw large participation from representatives of both national and international NGOs.
