The Mental Health Care Association (MHCA), in collaboration with the Department of Education, hosted a session on mental health at GC University Hyderabad under the slogan "Mental Health is just as Important as Physical Health."
The objective was to create a supportive space for students to discuss their concerns, ask questions, and learn strategies for mental wellbeing. The session covered key topics such as stress management, anxiety, and depression. Students shared their personal experiences, which led to meaningful conversations and connections.
By addressing these issues, we aim to foster an environment that encourages open dialogue, reduces stigma, and promotes a culture of care. Prioritizing mental health is essential for students' growth and success.

"Mental Health Care Association (MHCA) Narrative Writing Contest: Celebrating Creative Expression and Mental Health Awareness

We are thrilled to announce the winners of our Narrative Writing Contest!

Winners:
1.Danish Alam and Anmol Kumer Narwani: This dynamic duo took the top spot with their joint first-place win! Their captivating narratives showcased exceptional writing skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of mental health themes.

2.Taneesha Narwani, Fatima Mustafa Dahri, and Zanaib Mustafa Dahri:
This talented trio shared the second position with their impressive writing skills and emotional depth.

3.Mehak Zehra and Mahreen Memon:
This creative duo rounded out our top three with their joint third-place win, demonstrating remarkable storytelling abilities.

4.Raheel Ramzan Lakho and Thareem Fatima:
This skilled pair secured the fourth position, showcasing their writing talents and dedication to mental health awareness.

Special Mention:
We would like to extend our appreciation to all participants who shared their stories and experiences, even if they didn't secure a position. Your courage and creativity are truly valued, and we hope you continue writing and sharing your voices.
