PAKISTAN’S FIRST-EVER CIVIL LAW MOOT COURT COMPETITION

For the first time in Pakistan, the Jinnah Law Association proudly introduces a moot court competition dedicated exclusively to Civil Law —bringing a fresh, challenging, and distinctive dimension to legal education and advocacy.

This is more than a moot court. It is an opportunity to explore the laws that shape everyday life—from contracts, property, torts, and family matters to constitutional remedies —where rights, obligations, and remedies take centre stage.

Participants will engage in intensive legal research, complex pleadings, statutory interpretation, critical analysis, and persuasive courtroom advocacy, putting both their legal knowledge and advocacy skills to the test.
