Dear vets, It is inform u that from 15 days dr Sakeeb sb VC of Gomal University have been trying and remained in contact with our group to find out the any appropriate way to save the prestigious of the PVMC , after consultation with each other and betterment of PVMC both group agreed on it to sit gether with each other , having grave concerns with each other on the Bogus PVMA registration of Sindh, that information already shared with all vets of Sindh, so here is not need to narrate again it.
On dated 18/08/ 2023 our group held a meeting at Science academy building in Islamabad with each other in which all seniors and Balouchistan PVMA also participated in discussion After three hours of discussion, we all agreed to hold a meeting with self claimed opponent group of PVMC and bogus body of PVMC in the larger interest of PVMC on the below points .
Two Arbitrator reputed persons may be selected with the consultation of both groups. 2. From each group, two or three persons may be allowed to sit with them and brief them completely, reservation of each group with proof in written document 3. Both group will bring all their relevant document, like Registration of PVMA certificate.( Bogus Sindh And legally registere at Lahore) 4.all committee members will be responsible to accept the taken decision of Arbitrator in written as that decision remain the part of document of PVMC whatever decision come in the interest of PVMC . 5. No any other person of both groups will sit in that meeting without permission of Arbitrator.
After prolonged decision in the light of written document from both groups following decision were taken 1. Dr Sarwar sb and Dr Salam sb . On the both Arbitator our group did not rise any sort of objection. But dr Nazir kalhoro raised objection of most senior retired officer Dr Abdul Salam .2 both group will bring document and provided to the Arbitrator to read and review the correspondence of both group on that base they can take positive decision for the PVMC After reading and seeing the correspondence of both group , our group gave solid proof and document on the bogus PVMA registration of Sindh on that base 4 members were nominated for PVMC. Arbitrator when saw the bogus registration certificate and so called opponent group did not prove the registration as dr Arshid prove the Registration of lahore PVMA , dr Nazir kalhotro sb became irrited and said we do not accept it and we can not withdraw from our PVMA. He said what ever court will decide we accept
This clearly establish that Dr Nazeer Hussain Kalhoro, the Arctic of Bogus PVMA Sindh has No defence to prove the legal Status of PVMA Sindh.
Further its now also established that Dr Nazeer Hussain Kalhoro with the Unlawful assistance and cooperation with Dr Shabnum Firdious, Ex- Secretary/ Registrar PVMC managed to incorporate the Four Nominations of Bogus PVMA as Member Council, to which We don't agree and Accept.
Therefore, the conclusion is the PVMC so called group under Dr Nazeer Hussain Kalhoro is also Bogus/ Unlawful as the PVMA Sindh .
