Environmental Rights = Human Rights & Fundamental Right ...

Each day the temperature, the water crisis, the pollution and many problems are being faced in Pakistan by citizens. We belong to the Earth more than the Earth belong to us.

Article 9 Constitution of Pakistan;
"Every person shall have the right to a clean, healthy and sustainable environment."

Domestic Laws & Policies;
• Pakistan Environmental Protection Act, 1997
• Sindh Environmental Protection Act
• National Climate Change Policy, 2021
•National Clean Air Policy
• Pakistan Climate Change Act, 2017

- So many laws and still we choke.

- Protect nature.
Promote justice.
Build Sustainable Future.

It's our responsibility as well as the Government to provide a sustainable environment for citizens.

"Born free" is a natural fact, every human being enters the world with inherent dignity.
"Kept equal," however, is a legal and political duty. We are born into societies filled with artificial inequalities and social hierarchies.

• Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR):
"All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights."

• Article 25 of the Constitution of Pakistan:
"All citizens are equal before law and are entitled to equal protection of law."

From the ink of global declarations to our domestic fundamental rights, equality isn’t just a social preference but it is a binding legal command.
