Founder Message.
Welcome to Pak Kawish (KAWISH), NGO that offer free education for children and youths such as: formal and informal literacy education, computer skills, moral education, Primary health education, Environmental education and Vocational skill training. When I began KAWISH, back in 2005, it was to be an organization that held the space of collaboration with non-profits (Societies, NGOs) in Pakistan. I always tried to work in tandem with like-minded people and organizations to accomplish goals for my society and people.
I have been in the education industry for 15 years and again began working in same education and Training. To me, Education is a necessity of the day and through Education and awareness I want to give an opportunity to help the poor children and youths in Pakistan to have a good life in their future. We also want to reduce the poverty in their families. These aims should primarily be accomplished through education and awareness.
Pak-Kawish creates opportunities for collaboration between young people, individuals, corporations, educators and other non-profit organizations; to build community based partnerships. I feel that we can help younger generations taking hold of their passions and educating them through training and awareness to a platform where true focus and change can occur.
This journey for me with KAWISH, was the beginning of a journey that transformed my life. KAWISH provide me a platform to work for my people and country & to fulfill my vision -which is to Educate and build an Educated Nation beyond any limits. Through Pak-Kawish free education program, we will build the strong team and solidarity among children and youths that cross barriers of mistrust, ethnicity, gender and pleasure, laughter, creativity, appreciation of each other and provide a safe space for children and youths to express themselves. Pak-Kawish has prepared young people to take responsibility to become peer educators for their society. They have gained the knowledge and skills to affirm human value in their lives, families.
