Sundas Foundation Gujrat organized an informative awareness session for Thalassemia fighters and their parents, focusing on the essential aspects of living a healthier and more empowered life with Thalassemia.

Dr. Sameea Akram, Assistant Professor & Head of the Pediatric Department at Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital, and Dr. Fazeelat Shehzadi, Clinical Psychologist, shared valuable insights on regular medication, a healthy lifestyle, adherence to medical advice and mental well-being.

Such sessions empower patients and families with the knowledge and confidence they need to better manage Thalassemia and improve their quality of life.
