ینگ ڈاکٹرز ایسوسی ایشن گجرانوالہ کی جانب سے اج گوجرانوالہ کے تینوں سرکاری ہسپتالوں میں بلوچستان میں خاتون ڈاکٹر پر ہونے والے افسوسناک اور سفاکانہ تیزاب گردی کے واقعے کے خلاف آج بلیک ربن ڈے منایا گیا۔ اس موقع پر ڈاکٹرز نے بازوؤں پر سیاہ پٹیاں باندھ کر متاثرہ خاتون ڈاکٹر سے اظہارِ یکجہتی کیا اور اس بزدلانہ حملے کی شدید مذمت کی۔

ینگ ڈاکٹرز ایسوسی ایشن حکومتِ پنجاب سے پرزور مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ ڈاکٹرز، نرسز اور دیگر ہیلتھ پروفیشنلز کے تحفظ کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے فوری طور پر ڈاکٹرز سیکیورٹی بل منظور کیا جائے تاکہ سرکاری و نجی ہسپتالوں میں کام کرنے والے طبی عملے کو تشدد، ہراسانی اور دیگر خطرات سے محفوظ بنایا جا سکے۔

مزید براں، وائی ڈی اے کے وفد کی گجرانوالہ میڈیکل کالج سے منسلک ہاسپٹلز کے میڈیکل سپریڈینٹس سے سکیورٹی ایشوز کو لے کے تفصیلی گفتگو ہوئی جس میں میڈیکل سپریڈینٹس نے اس بات کی یقین دہانی کرائی کہ وہ ون پیشنٹ ون اٹینڈنٹ کی پالیسی کو امپلیمنٹ کروائیں گے اور ڈاکٹرز کے تحفظ کو اولین ترجیح دی جائے گی

In 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥, 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐚, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐨𝐫’s pain is our profession’s agony.
This was not an attack on one doctor. It was an assault on humanity’s last sanctuary and 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲.

𝐘𝐃𝐀 𝐆𝐮𝐣𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐚 condemns this barbarity in absolute terms. Silence is complicity. We demand immediate, exemplary justice. The state must legislate ironclad security for all healers, now.

If those who save lives are left to burn, responsible one itself stands on a funeral pyre.

Young Doctors Association (YDA) Gujranwala announces *DR ABDUR-REHMAN BUTT* as the *CONVENER* YDA Gujranwala.

Dr. Abdur-rehman Butt, graduate of Gujranwala Medical College, is currently serving as a PGR in Pediatric Medicine. Throughout his medical school journey, he remained actively involved in advocating for the rights and welfare of his fellow students and colleagues, earning their trust through his dedication.

Today, he continues that same spirit of service stepping forward to strengthen YDA and work for the betterment of young doctors.

اس عید الاضحی کے بابرکت موقع پر اصل داد کے مستحق سکیورٹی گارڈز ہیں جن کو عید کے موقع پر بھی تنخواہ نصیب نہیں ہوئی اور وہ پچھلے چار ماہ سے تنخواہ کا انتظار کر رہے ہیں۔

A graduate of Sheikh Zayed Medical College, DR ABDURREHMAN GHUMAN, has always been known for his active participation in initiatives focused on the welfare of doctors and medical students alike. During his time at medical college, he remained actively involved in various academic, social, and organizational activities, always standing for the betterment of his colleagues and the medical community.
Along with excelling in his field of ENT, he carries a strong vision teamwork.

ہیلتھ پروفیشنلز کی تنخواہوں میں 100 فیصد اضافے کا مطالبہ

پنجاب بھر کے ڈاکٹرز، نرسز، پیرامیڈیکل اسٹاف اور دیگر ہیلتھ پروفیشنلز اس وقت شدید معاشی دباؤ اور مہنگائی کے باعث مشکلات کا شکار ہیں۔ صحت کے شعبے سے وابستہ افراد دن رات عوام کو طبی سہولیات فراہم کر رہے ہیں مگر موجودہ تنخواہیں اور مراعات ان کی خدمات کے مطابق نہیں۔

بڑھتی ہوئی مہنگائی، یوٹیلیٹی بلز، رہائشی اخراجات اور بنیادی ضروریات زندگی کی قیمتوں میں اضافے نے ہیلتھ پروفیشنلز کے لیے موجودہ تنخواہوں پر گزارہ انتہائی مشکل بنا دیا ہے۔ پنجاب کے سرکاری ہسپتالوں میں کام کرنے والے ڈاکٹرز اور طبی عملہ شدید ذہنی اور مالی دباؤ کا شکار ہیں۔

وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب محترمہ مریم نواز صاحبہ سے مطالبہ کیا جاتا ہے کہ:

* تمام ہیلتھ پروفیشنلز کی تنخواہوں میں فوری طور پر 100 فیصد اضافہ کیا جائے۔
* کنوینس، رسک اور ہاؤس الاؤنس میں نمایاں اضافہ کیا جائے۔
* ینگ ڈاکٹرز، نرسز اور پیرامیڈیکل اسٹاف کے لیے بہتر سروس اسٹرکچر متعارف کروایا جائے۔
* فرنٹ لائن ہیلتھ ورکرز کو خصوصی مراعات اور تحفظ فراہم کیا جائے۔

اگر حکومت پنجاب صحت کے نظام کو بہتر بنانا چاہتی ہے تو سب سے پہلے ہیلتھ پروفیشنلز کو مالی تحفظ اور بہتر مراعات فراہم کرنا ہوں گی تاکہ وہ مزید بہتر انداز میں عوام کی خدمت جاری رکھ سکیں-

Dr. Ayesha is currently serving as a PGR in Neurosurgery—a specialty that reflects immense resilience, precision, and dedication. Alongside her demanding clinical responsibilities, she has been serving effectively as Assistant Warden, Girls Hostel, demonstrating strong leadership, responsibility, and compassion.
Her professionalism, balanced personality, excellent communication skills, and unwavering commitment to doctors’ welfare make her a powerful and credible voice for the young doctors of Gujranwala.
