Gilgit-Baltistan’s Goodwill Movement (GBGM) is a charity organization dedicated to promoting inclusion, dignity, and equal opportunities for persons with disabilities and marginalized communities across Gilgit-Baltistan. ished in 2021 by founders Ghulam Muhammad Baig Farhan Baig and Hakim Ullah Khan, GBGM has grown from a social media forum advocating for disability rights into a registered charity under the Provincial Government of Gilgit Baltistan.

A productive meeting was held between Mr. Farhan Baig, President of Gilgit-Baltistan's Goodwill Movement, Dr. Hadi from the Department of Special Education, Karakoram International University, and Mr. Abdul Qudus from the Special Education School, Ghizer.
The discussion centered on advancing inclusive education in Gilgit-Baltistan through stronger collaboration among educational institutions and civil society. The participants exchanged ideas on improving access to quality education for children with disabilities, promoting inclusive teaching practices, and developing joint initiatives to create a more accessible and equitable learning environment.
GBGM appreciates the commitment of all stakeholders and looks forward to working together to ensure that every child, regardless of ability, has the opportunity to receive quality education and reach their full potential.

میں، فرحان بیگ، صدر GBGM، خومر کے رہائشی خصوصی فرد ناد علی ولد شاد علی پر مبینہ تشدد کے واقعے پر گہرے دکھ اور تشویش کا اظہار کرتا ہوں۔
اگر ایک معذور شخص کے ساتھ واقعی ایسا ناروا سلوک کیا گیا ہے تو یہ نہ صرف انسانی اقدار بلکہ قانون اور انصاف کے بنیادی اصولوں کے بھی منافی ہے۔ کسی بھی سرکاری اہلکار کو یہ اختیار حاصل نہیں کہ وہ کسی شہری، خصوصاً ایک خصوصی فرد، کے ساتھ غیر انسانی رویہ اختیار کرے۔
ہم حکومت گلگت بلتستان، وزیر اعلیٰ، چیف سیکرٹری، انسپکٹر جنرل پولیس اور دیگر متعلقہ حکام سے مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ اس واقعے کی فوری، شفاف اور غیر جانبدار تحقیقات کرائی جائیں۔ اگر تحقیقات میں ذمہ دار افراد کے خلاف الزامات ثابت ہوں تو ان کے خلاف بلاامتیاز سخت قانونی اور محکمانہ کارروائی کی جائے تاکہ آئندہ ایسے واقعات کی روک تھام ہو سکے۔
