We are a non-profit Skills Development Project in Pakistan.

Together with our team, fundraisers, and community, we shape the future of orphans and underprivileged kids by introducing skills programs to less privileged and vulnerable children. Skills Training program (STP) is Project of Non-Profit Organization Mashq which was established in 2017 with the goal to provide free of cost quality skills to orphans and underprivileged children. Our program is spec

ially designed to cater to children who are growing up without protection, shelter, and care. We work zealously to improve the academic learning, skills, and most importantly mental health of kids, who deserve the most. Our professional team aims to support children in fulfilling their dreams, leading them to pursue their path of independence.

We’re Hiring – Skills Training Instructor

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Skills Training Tech Instructor. If you have expertise in any one or more of the following areas:
• Graphic Designing
• Video Editing
• 2D/3D Animation
• Game Development

This role is ideal for someone who is not only skilled but is also actively working online or earning through real-world projects (freelancing/remote work).

What you’ll do:
• Teach practical tech skills to students (beginner level)
• Help students learn, build portfolios, and start earning
• Share real-world experience, tools, and freelancing strategies
• Guide students step-by-step with hands-on tasks and feedback

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has strong practical skills with a portfolio
• Is already working on real-time projects or earning online
• Can mentor students with patience and clarity
• Is committed and available 4 days/week
