For the past few years, we have witnessed a beautiful overlap of these two sacred traditions. However, 2026 marks a truly rare moment, as the start of Ramadan and Ash Wednesday (the beginning of Lent) fall on the exact same day (February 18th) for the first time in over 30 years!

This rare alignment reminds us of the values that bridge our communities:
