Youth Development Organization is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) working for the removal of illiteracy, promotion of education, character building of students, elimination of child labour, counseling of young minds, development and betterment of Youth and awareness among Youth of Pakistan. Youth plays a vital role in development and progress of a country. With energy in their arms
, reforming ideas in their minds, and passion for search in heart, they can create history. Our country is going through a situation where youth should rise for development of the country. There are many who want to study but cannot afford even a pen. It is time to rise for our country. It is time to give pen to those who cannot afford but have passion to change world through education. It is time to rise for education of our children, development of our youth, and peace of our elders and finally the progress of our country. Youth Development Organization is providing a platform to those who want to serve their nation and country.
• Removal of Illiteracy and Promotion of Education
Illiteracy is the main and basic cause of all faults in Pakistan. Illiterate young minds commit crimes and become victims and sources of extremism and terrorism. Illiteracy is due to two reasons: one is lack of awareness, and the other is poverty. In order to remove the illiteracy and to promote education among the Youth of Pakistan, Youth Development Organization wants to work day and night. Youth Development Organization wants to launch the Scholarship Program for deserving but talented students in whole Pakistan. By providing the students sources of education, YDO want to polish their hidden talents and to make them literate and responsible citizens of Pakistan. Secondly, YDO want to establish Educational Institutes (i.e. Schools, Colleges, Universities, Hostels, and Research Centers & Evening Coaching Classes) for the talented but deserving students. These institutes will help a lot to minimize the illiteracy rate in Pakistan. They will not only provide sources of education to talented and deserving students but will also provide sources of internships and jobs to the talented, qualified, skillful and deserving Youth.
• Awareness
Today, our Youth is facing many serious social & immoral problems and becoming their victims which is a great loss to our national, traditional, Islamic and mortal values. Youth Development Organization wants to make young generation aware of social & immoral problems & activities (i.e. smoking, ragging and wrong use of technology). YDO wants to make them aware by providing them sources of awareness and counseling via media & teachers.
• Career Counseling
Almost all students are confused while deciding their subjects and future career after Matriculation, Intermediate & Higher Degrees. YDO wants to arrange a Panel of Experts in Career Counseling to provide confused minds sources of career counseling after analyzing and determining their interests and skills. Those experts will have a lot of experience in the field of Education.
• Child Labour
Child Labour is illegal by law and a curse to every nation but unfortunately Pakistan is suffering from the high fever of Child Labour which is very bad for the future and progress of our beloved country. YDO wants to remove child labour from Pakistan with the help of education and financial support to child labour victims. YDO wants to make them literate and responsible citizens of Pakistan instead of workshop workers and illiteracy victims. It wants to provide them education by establishing institutes which will provide education and technical education to them. We want to make them literate and skillful persons.
• Student/Youth Rights
Youth Development Organization will also work for the implementation of student rights in every institution and rights of Youth in whole country. YDO will make student ambassadors in every institution who will observe the implementation of student rights and can resolve the problems of students by contacting directly the authorities of institution as YDO ambassadors.
• Condemnation against Immoral activities
Youth Development Organization will also make a committee of experts and officials which will observe & report the every immoral activity in Pakistan. This committee will report, condemn & inquire the immoral activities and after inquiry it will do its best to provide justice especially against the ragging and immoral behavior of institution officials with students and Youth. Not only this, YDO will condemn every immoral activity in all over Pakistan either it is a terrorist activity or any other illegal or immoral government supported activity.
• Personality Development/ Character Building
YDO will work and make a committee of experts to build the characters and personality of young minds. That committee will provide platform to talented youth and students to express their views and show and polish their hidden talent. YDO will arrange special Moral & Motivational Lectures in all Institutes of Pakistan to build up the personality & characters of Students. YDO will also appoint young students and freshly graduated youth as volunteers to spread their knowledge to talented and deserving students in villages and illiterate areas of cities.
• Research Facilities
Youth Development Organization will provide financial and other facilities to students who have beneficial projects for their research and project completion. YDO will establish research centers in all cities of Pakistan.
• Welfare
Youth Development Organization will also work for the welfare development of Youth. YDO will provide financial, health and other basic facilities of life to needy or disabled young persons. YDO will work on every aspect of welfare development of Youth of Pakistan & needy persons.
• Jobs
As, YDO will establish Institutes & other educational, welfare & development projects So, we will need a large number of employees in all over Pakistan. So, a large number of new posts/jobs will be created for talented, qualified and jobless young minds of Pakistan and it can be proved very beneficial to remove the poverty and crimes in Pakistan. YDO will give priority to jobless and deserving but qualified and experienced young minds. YDO will also provide sources of internships to freshly graduated youth. YDO will also provide handsome salary packages and all basic facilities to their employees.
• Non-Political Organization
Youth Development Organization is a Non-Political Organization. YDO will never officially support any political activity or party. All staff and members of YDO will have their own political views but their views will never be related to YDO officially. But YDO will support the government activities beneficial for youth and people of Pakistan and also condemn every government and political activity against youth and people of Pakistan.
