The Health Foundation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has officially issued the award list of RHC Hospital Shagram in favor of Aga Khan Health Service. Over the past few months, the expiry of the previous contract has disrupted hospital services, causing hardship for the local community.
According to sources, the formal contract is scheduled to be signed on 15 February at the Chief Minister House, Peshawar. However, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility toward public welfare, Aga Khan Health Service will begin providing healthcare services on an emergency basis even before the contract is formally signed, to ensure that the community does not suffer further inconvenience.
Throughout this process, the dedication and collaborative efforts of the concerned officials of the Health Foundation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Aga Khan Health Service have been truly commendable, reflecting their shared commitment to serving humanity and safeguarding public health.
The AKHSP team, under the leadership of Mr. Miraj Uddin, Regional Head AKHSP, has demonstrated remarkable performance in providing basic health facilities in the region. The AKHSP team has also shown a high level of professionalism throughout the delivery of healthcare services.
