International Youth Day 2026 at Wang Balochistan
At WANG, International Youth Day has always been more than a celebration. It is an opportunity to bring young people together, give them space to learn and contribute, and recognise the role they are already playing in their communities.
This year was a full day of learning, action and celebration.
At WANG Lab of Innovation (WALI), we celebrated an important milestone for our recent graduates. Young people who had spent months learning and building new skills received their certificates, marking not simply the completion of a course but another step forward in their learning journeys.
We also recognised our WANG volunteers with certificates for the time, energy and commitment they continue to contribute to our work. WANG has grown through volunteerism, and seeing another generation of young people taking responsibility for their communities remains an important part of who we are.
Through UrduAi the day also included a practical AI skills session. Young participants explored how AI can support learning, creativity, problem-solving and everyday life. For us, bringing these opportunities to young people in Balochistan matters: geography should not determine who gets to understand and benefit from the technologies shaping our future.
The day also took us outside the classroom. Young people participated in plantation and environmental awareness activities, connecting conversations about technology and opportunity with responsibility towards our environment and community.
By the end of the day, we had planted trees, explored AI, celebrated our graduates and recognised our volunteers.
Different activities, but all connected by one idea:
When we invest in young people, we are investing in the future of our communities.
From Wang Balochistan, this was our International Youth Day 2026 a day of learning, service, recognition and young people taking action.
