Mission

Gender equality continues to be a factor in the lives of Pakistani women due to the country’s patriarchal society – a social structure fostering the perception that women can only be productive in household chores and child-rearing.

Yet, in Pakistan, women constitute about 51 % of the total population and are a valuable untapped resource in the context of the country’s economic development.

Farid Welfare Organization places the well-being of Pakistani women as our highest priority! It is our goal to give them the skills they need to work from home. All they need is a laptop and an internet connection! This work flexibility allows them to take care of themselves and their families while also earning a living and playing a respected role in their country’s advancement.

With their increased self-esteem and dignity, they will become an exemplary role model for the next generation!

Vision

We envision that Pakistani women will be inspired to take charge of their own future despite existing gender inequality; that they will thrive under the patronage of our educational program; that they will contribute to the economic success of Pakistan; and that our educational program will serve as a powerful example of what can be accomplished to promote equality for all.

Values

Commitment – Our commitment to the wellbeing of Pakistani women is not taken lightly. While we know our mission is ambitious, we have total confidence in our ability to open doors to online income opportunities that will lead them and their country to economic prosperity.

Empowerment – We believe that Pakistani women are the backbone of their country. They have already proven their worth in raising their children and managing their households. Now it is time for them to be empowered to apply their skills and intelligence in ways that will benefit all.

Opportunity – We operate an ‘equal opportunity’ educational organization. Our onsite facility brings the power of technology to Pakistani women so that they can qualify for online work opportunities that can be conducted in their own homes.

Experience – The Founder of the Farid Welfare Organization brings more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Digital Marketing/Sales to this effort.

Flexibility – We realize that every woman in Pakistan lives with some form of constraint. We accommodate their needs and will do whatever is possible to make it easy for them to take classes and enjoy the flexibility that online work offers.
