This is our Flood Relief Project, where we’re helping families who lost everything in the recent floods.

Many of them had to leave their homes… some even lost their loved ones. 💔

In our first ration drive, we reached 20 families in Basti Tera Patti, Jhangi Wala, providing food and basic supplies.

We’re trying our best to stand with them — but we can’t do it alone.

This was our second food drive, where we provided meals to 600+ people in Munshi Wala near Bahawalpur, flood-affected families who are still struggling even after the water has stopped.

The trauma hasn’t ended — they live in temporary shelters, without utensils, food, clothes, or even basic necessities. Their health is also being compromised.

We are doing our best to support them with food (temporary relief), ration packs, and basic health items. Alhamdulillah, we’ve collected donations for 6 ration bags and will soon begin our first ration drive, providing ration and health packs to 10 families.

Our immediate goal is to help these 10 families — but with your support, inshaAllah, we will reach many more victims. Countless people remain uncontacted, left with nothing, and some have even lost their loved ones in this flood.

Flood Relief Drive – Munshi Wala, Bahawalpur

This past Friday, we had the honor of serving 500+ food boxes to flood-affected families in Munshi Wala. While this temporary relief brought smiles for a night, the struggle for daily meals continues.

In the same area, 50–70 families still need urgent support. We have collected enough to provide ration packs for 3 families — but many more are waiting.

With your contribution, we can start a long-term ration distribution drive for flood-affected families, ensuring food security beyond a single meal.

Every donation, big or small, helps us reach more families in need.

✨ 130+ families in Bahawalpur received the blessing of meat this week 🥩🤲

For us, meat is a routine meal—but for many, it’s a rare luxury. Seeing the smiles of children, the relief of mothers, and the gratitude of elders reminded us why we started this mission. 🌸

At Nawae Ghurba, we believe blessings are meant to be shared. What Allah has given us is also the right of those in need. đź’š

At NawaeGhurba, our team runs weekly food distribution drives across Bahawalpur—reaching main chowks, hospital wards, and working-class communities.

đź’ˇ Each drive costs around 10,000 PKR and helps us serve 120+ women, children, and men. But while we feed many, countless more still go to bed hungry.

With your support, we can expand these drives—bringing hope and nourishment to even more underprivileged families in our city. 🌙🍲
