On 04-03-2026, the team from IEEE UCET IUB Student Branch in collaboration with IEEE Women in Engineering visited Daykh Bhal Shelter Home to organize a heartfelt Iftar & Dinner with the wonderful children there. 🌙
We began by introducing ourselves, sharing smiles and stories, followed by the beautiful recitation of Duas and the names of Allah after Asr prayer.
Together we prepared the dastarkhwan, shared Iftar, and offered Maghrib prayers in unity.
The evening continued with dinner, laughter, and meaningful moments of connection.
To make the day even more special, the children were gifted cakes from our team.
A small effort, but a powerful reminder that compassion and community can create unforgettable Ramadan memories. 🤍

The IEEE UCET IUB Student Branch successfully conducted an insightful seminar on CSS, PMS & One-Time Paper Examinations, attracting an enthusiastic and highly engaged audience. The session was filled with curiosity, ambition, and a remarkable number of student questions reflecting the growing interest in competitive examinations.

We were honored to host Miss Mehwish Yaseen (CSS & PMS Qualifier), who delivered a brilliant and motivating session, sharing her journey, preparation strategies, and valuable guidance for aspirants.

Following her session, Sir Asjad Ali (Campus Manager, KIPS) highlighted the academic opportunities, facilities, and exclusive benefits available for students joining through IEEE collaboration opening new pathways for career excellence.

The dedication and teamwork of IEEE members ensured that the seminar was not only informative but truly impactful. 🚀

Our Story

The network of student branches and technical chapters is expanding as more of the Universities have shown their interests due to the activities carried by the current units and their influences in the region.

IEEE Bahawalpur Sub Section, is aware of the potential of technical intuitions and professional activities in the region and one of the key objective of this sub-section is to involve more Technical Universities under the Umbrella of IEEE, Inspire and Empower them.

One of the key event is Bahawalpur Sub Section Student Congress, that gathers the professionals from Industry, Academia and engage them with the student and researchers with motivation to identify the problems of this particular region so that the research activities / projects can be diverted to make impact.
