کاروبار سے آگے: ثقافتی مشاہدات اور ایک یادگار عشائیہ محترمہ یو جیانگ کے ساتھ 🇨🇳

حال ہی میں مجھے چین کی معروف کاروباری خاتون محترمہ یو جیانگ (Ms. Yu Jiang) کے ساتھ عشائیے کی دعوت ملی۔ وہ ایک کامیاب فیشن انٹرپرینیور ہیں جو یانٹائی کے وانڈا پلازہ میں اپنی دو شاندار دکانیں چلا رہی ہیں۔

عشائیے کے دوران جہاں کاروبار اور ریٹیل مارکیٹ پر گفتگو ہوئی، وہیں مجھے چین کے طرزِ زندگی سے متعلق کئی گہرے ثقافتی مشاہدات کو دوبارہ محسوس کرنے کا موقع ملا۔
یہاں کا طرزِ زندگی نظم، صحت اور توازن کی ایک بہترین مثال ہے — اور ہمیں اس سے بہت کچھ سیکھنے کو ملتا ہے۔

یہ چار چیزیں ہیں جو مجھے چینی ثقافت میں سب سے زیادہ متاثر کرتی ہیں👇

1️⃣ صحت اولین ترجیح:
چینی معاشرہ صحت کو زندگی کا بنیادی ستون سمجھتا ہے۔ چاہے وہ روایتی علاج ہوں یا بیماریوں سے بچاؤ کا شعور — صحت زندگی کا لازمی حصہ ہے۔

2️⃣ گرم پانی کی طاقت:
یہ صرف مشروب نہیں بلکہ ایک روزمرہ رسم ہے۔ ہاضمے اور صحت کے لیے گرم پانی کا استعمال عام ہے، اور میں نے بھی یہ عادت اپنا لی ہے۔

3️⃣ سبزیوں سے محبت:
چینی کھانوں میں تازہ سبزیاں اور پھل اہم حیثیت رکھتے ہیں۔ حیرت انگیز طور پر، بڑے شادیوں میں بھی سبزیوں کے پکوان مرکزی مقام رکھتے ہیں۔
مجھے یہ بات تب خاص طور پر محسوس ہوئی جب میں نے اپنے چینی دوستوں کو پاکستانی کھانے (چکن کڑاہی اور چاول) پر مدعو کیا — اور ان کا پہلا سوال تھا: “سبزیاں کہاں ہیں؟” 🌿

4️⃣ حرکت سے وابستگی:
بارش ہو یا دھوپ، لوگ صبح دوڑتے، شام میں چہل قدمی کرتے یا فارغ وقت میں ورزش کرتے نظر آتے ہیں۔ جسمانی فٹنس ان کے روزمرہ کا لازمی حصہ ہے، کوئی اختیاری شوق نہیں۔

ان ثقافتی تجربات سے متاثر ہو کر میں نے اپنی چین کی زندگی کے لمحات کو ویڈیوز کی شکل میں محفوظ کرنا شروع کر دیا ہے 🎥

چین کے ایس پی ڈی بینک (Shanghai Pudong Development Bank) میں اکاؤنٹ کھولنے کا تجربہ حیرت انگیز رہا۔ محض چند گھنٹوں میں ہی میرا ATM کارڈ تیار ہو کر مل گیا۔
