A meaningful day of learning, reflection, and empowerment was shared as our school successfully conducted the Mental Health Awareness Symposium, reminding every Carmeรฑo that taking care of our minds is just as important as taking care of our bodies.
Through insightful discussions and encouraging words, our students gained valuable knowledge on understanding mental health, building resilience, seeking support, and creating a community where everyone feels heard, respected, and valued.
Carmen National High School extends its heartfelt gratitude to our esteemed resource speakerโMa'am Sherry Joy M. Yrigan, LPT and her dedicated team, Christian Faith P. Antonio, Charize D. De Vera, Ariadne Ydel M. Yrigan, Samuel E. Malubay And Wilma B. Malubay for generously sharing their time, expertise, and passion in promoting mental health awareness. Your guidance has inspired us to continue fostering a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for every learner.
May this symposium serve as a reminder that asking for help is a sign of strength, kindness begins with understanding, and no one has to face their struggles alone.
Together, we break the stigma. Together, we choose empathy. Together, we prioritize mental well-being. ๐โจ
