ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL SENIOR CITIZENS OF TALON-TALON📢

Please be informed that National ID Registration will be conducted on May 4–5, 2026 at the Barangay Hall of Talon-Talon.

Requirements for National ID Registration:

1. Primary Documents (Preferred): Please bring any one of the following:
Birth Certificate
Driver’s License
UMID Card
Passport

2. Secondary Documents (If Primary Documents are Not Available): You may present any government-issued ID, such as:

PhilHealth ID
TIN ID
Postal ID
Other valid government-issued IDs

3. If Both Primary and Secondary Documents Are Not Available: You may submit a Barangay ID or Barangay Certificate, provided that:

It was issued within the last six (6) months, and
It contains the following information:

Full Name
Date of Birth
Address
Signature
Picture/Photo

For Children Aged 5 Years Old and Above:
School ID or Form 137 may be presented if there is no Birth Certificate available, provided it contains the following complete details:

Full Name
Date of Birth

For Children 4 Years Old and Below:

Birth Certificate or Barangay Certificate may be submitted, provided it contains:

📋𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

📝For Personal Claim:

•Bring original senior ID
•2 photocopies of your Senior Citizen ID with three signatures on each xerox

📝For authorization:

•2 copies of the Authorization Form may be acquired at the senior office of Talon-Talon.
•2 copies of proof of relationship: if spouse, marriage contract; if child, birth certificate or baptismal.
•2 copies of the valid ID of the claimant and senior ID with three signs.
•2 copies of a photo of the claimant and beneficiary together, holding the latest calendar.

📝For Deceased
•2 copies of the Warranty Form may be acquired at the senior office of Talon-Talon.
•2copies of death certificate either original copy or certified true copy
•2 copies of proof of relationship: if spouse, marriage contract; if child, birth certificate or baptismal.
•2 copies of valid ID of the claimant with three signs

Additional Reminder: Barangay IDs and Student IDs will not be accepted.

Beneficiaries who passed away last year (2025) but whose names remain on the list are not allowed to claim. The updating of the Social Pensioners’ list is still ongoing as per the instruction of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

Nais linawin ng DSWD ang mga katanungan tungkol sa mga kinakailangang identification card (ID) para sa pagtanggap ng Social Pension for Indigent Senior Citizens.

Patuloy na kinikilala at hinihikayat ng Kagawaran ang paggamit ng PhilSys-issued National ID bilang Primary ID. Para naman sa mga benepisyaryong wala pang National ID, mananatiling valid at tatanggapin pa rin ang iba pang government-issued IDs bilang Secondary ID.

Samantala, ang mga DSWD Field Offices ay aktibong nakikipag-ugnayan sa Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) para matulungan at gabayan ang lahat ng ating mga benepisyaryo na hindi pa rehistrado sa PhilSys. Layunin nito na matiyak na ang bawat Social Pensioner ay magkaroon ng kanilang sariling National ID para sa mas mabilis na serbisyo.

Announcement: Senior Citizen of Talon-Talon 📯

Families or relatives with senior citizens residing in their homes are encouraged to help them in the process of obtaining their national ID. It is important to note that during the payout of the DSWD Social Pension, only the national ID will be accepted for senior social pensioners. Furthermore, those seniors applying for the social pension of DSWD are required to secure and attach their national ID photocopy to the social pension application form.

An online registration system for the national ID is available, and it is printable.

Register for the Philippine National ID (PhilSys) online at https://register.philsys.gov.ph to submit demographic data and book an appointment. For downloading your Digital National ID, use the official portal: https://national-id.gov.ph/. Registration involves online Step 1, in-person biometrics (Step 2), and card delivery (Step 3).

Simula Abril 1, 2026, ang Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) o National ID na ang kikilalaning pangunahing ID ng DSWD sa payout ng Social Pension for Indigent Senior Citizens.

Ang mga benepisyaryong wala pang National ID ay hinihikayat na magparehistro sa pinakamalapit na tanggapan ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA). Magkakaroon din ng PhilSys registration tuwing payout para mapadali ang pagpaparehistro ng ating mga senior citizens.

Pupuntahan naman ng PSA ang mga bedridden na benepisyaryo para sila ay irehistro.
