* To raise environmental awareness amongst individuals of any age on sustaining a better and conducive environment for all living species
* To involve and participate in environmental campaigns and initiatives
* To create, empower and develop environmental leaders to lead co-eco leaders, individuals and communities

SEC. 1. Vision. – The LTyA shall envision a Filipino society living in a safe, healthy, and sustainable environment that is conducive to all forms of life, as well as a Filipino society that observes and promotes just, equitable, sustainable, and non-destructive and non-exhaustive use and distribution of all living and non-living resources on Earth.

SEC. 2. Mission. – The LTyA shall progressively uphold and advocate for innovative ways to protect the integrity of the environment and life, and the sustainable use and distribution of its living and non-living resources, especially through empowerment and active engagement of the Filipino people towards this end.
