The Quality Assurance Office successfully underwent its Internal ISO Audit, covering key Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, including risk assessment, documented information, operational planning and control, service provision, and monitoring, measurement, analysis, and evaluation.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our internal auditors, Dr. Aida Escorial and Ms. Lesly Anne Jacinto, for their thorough evaluation, valuable insights, and commitment to promoting continual improvement.
