Stronger together for every child. 🤍

Last March 29, 2026, BOKA in partnership with SSCSP-ZC, came together with the incredible team from the Association for Protection of Children in Street Situation (APCISS) for a meaningful capacity building and team building activity held at the Search and Rescue Beach of the Philippine Air Force.

More than just a day of activities and shared moments, this gathering focused on strengthening connections, building trust, and deepening empathy among APCISS members. It was also a space to realign our shared purpose—protecting and empowering children in street situations.

When organizations unite with a common goal, impact grows stronger and wider. Here’s to continued collaboration, compassion, and collective action for every child. 👦🏻👧🏻✨

Empowering young leaders for a better tomorrow! ✨

Last March 22, 2026, at Grand Astoria Hotel – Diamond Hall, KKI successfully spearheaded a Capacity Building for Children-Led Groups, bringing together passionate youth leaders from NVDJ, APCISS, YATIP, and BOKA. 💙

The activity focused on strengthening leadership roles and deepening our understanding of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC). Through meaningful discussions and collaborative learning, participants were equipped with the knowledge and skills to better advocate for children’s rights in their respective communities.

Together, we continue to amplify youth voices and create spaces where children lead, participate, and thrive. 🌱👧🏻👦🏻

Last January 19–21, the Youth Committee of Youth Voices for Change Philippines, together with the country alliance’s Child Advisory Group, held the CTRL + YOUth National Meeting.

Children and youth shared their experiences and advocacies through fun, interactive, and youth-led sessions.

A key highlight was the intergenerational dialogue, where youth engaged directly with representatives from government, civil society, and the private sector, including the Embassy of the Netherlands in the Philippines, Ateneo Law School, the Council for the Welfare of Children, the Department of Justice’s NCC to Address OSEC and CSAM, World Vision, the Department of Education, the Philippine National Police, and PLDT & Smart.

Through creative manifestos they developed and presented, the youth urged different sectors to work together and to meaningfully invest in children’s rights, particularly in addressing sexual exploitation of children, both online and offline.

𝗕𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗦 𝗡𝗚 𝗞𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗔𝗡 𝗙𝗘𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 | 1st General Meeting 💙✨

The Boses ng Kabataan Federation (BOKA) successfully conducted its 1st General Meeting, bringing together our dynamic Child and Youth-led Organizations: NVDJ, YATIP, and APCIS. 🤝🔥

Together, we discussed key agenda items including the realignment of BOKA and official positions, revisiting activity proposals, approval of the new logo, social media updates, BARUG activities (Street Ed, Pickleball, and CapDev/Teambuilding), updated officers’ data, and the relay of the LYDC Strategic Plan.

This meeting marks a stronger, more unified direction for youth leadership and empowerment. 💪🏼 As one federation, we continue to amplify the voices of children and youth—leading with purpose, passion, and participation.👦🏻👧🏻🤍
