🌾 Making the Best Better in Sitio Matiti! 🚤

The 4-H Vitali Officers and Members, led by Acting President Hon. Dylan James Lanipa, actively joined forces with the Agricultural Office VI, headed by Dr. Lourence Natividad, along with his dedicated staff and the IDBD technical team—including sir Beejay (FYDP City Focal) and ma'am Reewin Santander (FHRM City Focal).

Together, the team successfully conducted a series of impactful community activities at Sitio Matiti, Limaong, Zamboanga City, featuring:
A feeding program dedicated to the students of Matiti Elementary School 🍲✨
An informative orientation seminar tailored for local farmers and fisherfolk 🐟👨‍🌾
The distribution of various fertilizers to support sustainable local farming 🌱

Getting there was an adventure of its own! We thoroughly enjoyed traveling by bangka to reach the community. A massive thank you to everyone who made this collaboration a resounding success!

SUCCESSFUL 3-DAY CITY-WIDE 4-H SUMMER CAMP IN VITALI

The Office of the City Agriculturist (OCA) successfully conducted the three-day City-Wide 4-H Summer Camp in Vitali, Zamboanga City, bringing together young 4-H members from different districts for an enriching experience centered on leadership.

The Boys and Girls from the Farm extend their sincere gratitude to the Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Vitali, headed by Hon. Riza Joy Maningo, for providing meals and support throughout the three-day camp. Appreciation is likewise extended to the Sangguniang Kabataan Councils of Mangusu and Tictapul for their valuable assistance and commitment to the activity.

The organizers also express their heartfelt thanks to the Sibulao 4-H Club for sharing their generosity and fostering a spirit of friendship among the participants.

Recognition is also given to the field office personnel, Mr. Junico Buslon, Ms. Say Murillo, and Dr. Laurence Natividad, whose dedication and guidance contributed significantly to the successful implementation of the camp.

The 4-H community further acknowledges the support of the Barangay Council of Vitali, led by Hon. Regalado Galad Marquez, for its continued partnership in programs that empower and develop the youth.

Most importantly, gratitude is extended to all 4-H members who participated in the camp.

Their enthusiasm, cooperation, and active involvement made the event a memorable and meaningful experience for everyone.

As this year's gathering comes to a close, the 4-H family looks forward to another successful City-Wide Summer Camp next year in Ayala District.

This camp is more than just a gathering — it is a celebration of empowered youth coming together to inspire one another, discover new skills, strengthen camaraderie, and create meaningful memories that will last a lifetime. From fun activities and interactive sessions to leadership-building experiences and community bonding, every moment is designed to help our young people grow into better and brighter future leaders. 🌱🙌

Happening on June 5–6, 2026 at the Agricultural Field Office V, Ontong, Quiniput, this exciting event reflects the true spirit of 4-H — service, leadership, unity, and excellence. Together, let us continue living by our guiding principle: “To Make the Best Better.”

It takes a village! 🤝 We are incredibly grateful for the strong support shown during the 4-H Club Week with the Vitali District 4-H Club Federation.

Special thanks to OIC-Agricultural Field Officer Teodorico P. Mella and the AFO-VI staff, Beejay Bernadas and Reewin Santander from the IDBD staff, Hon. Regalado "Galad" Marquez alongside our Barangay Officials, and the hardworking officers and members of the Tamion FA.

Three days of growth, learning, leadership, and unforgettable memories! 💚✨

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the Vitali Barangay Council headed by Hon. Regalado Galad Marquez, and the SK Council led by Hon. Rizza Joy Maningo for their full support.
