ATTN | LOCKER PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

The payment collection for locker reservations will be conducted starting tomorrow, Tuesday, July 21 to Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM, at the ECA Office Area.

To complete your locker registration, please prepare the following:

- ₱299 locker rental payment
- Hard Copy of the Waiver & Contract
- Student ID
- Spare key or lock combination

For your convenience, cash payments may also be made at the University Finance Office. Kindly note that locker reservations will only be confirmed upon successful payment. Failure to complete the payment within the designated collection period will result in the forfeiture of your reserved locker.

We encourage all applicants to accomplish this final steps promptly to secure their assigned locker for the academic year.

[NEWS] | Magna Carta Now Available on the AdZU Portal, Formally Integrated as Chapter VI in College Handbook

JULY 18, 2026 — The Magna Carta for the Undergraduate Students of the Ateneo de Zamboanga University is now officially available through the Files and Forms section of the AdZU Portal and has been formally integrated as Chapter VI of the AdZU College Handbook, strengthening its institutional recognition and making it more accessible to the undergraduate community.

The integration marks a significant milestone in advancing student rights and governance within the University. More than being readily accessible, the Magna Carta now forms part of the University's official institutional framework, reinforcing its role as the primary reference on the rights, responsibilities, and participation of undergraduate students in university life.

This milestone builds upon the initiatives of previous student leaders and was further advanced through Resolution No. 070, Series of 2025–2026, authored by then Education Academic Organization (EAO) Vice Governor Hon. Nurwila Ulie, which paved the way for its formal institutional integration.

The initiative was realized through the collaborative efforts of the 18th Board of College Governors (BOCG) and the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), particularly Ms. Fairy Ann Dulaca, Program Officer for Student Organizations and Leadership, under the leadership of Ms. Judith Joy Tugade. Their shared commitment has ensured that this important institutional document is not only readily available but also formally embedded within the University's official policies governing undergraduate student life.

The 18th Board extends its sincere gratitude to the OSA for its invaluable partnership and steadfast support in making this milestone possible.

With the Magna Carta now formally integrated into the AdZU College Handbook, El Consejo Atenista encourages all undergraduate students to become familiar with its provisions. As an officially recognized institutional document, it serves as a guiding framework that empowers students to better understand their rights, fulfill their responsibilities, and meaningfully participate in the life and governance of the Ateneo community.
