Our community proudly and successfully conducted the Natureโ€™s Youth Camp with the theme โ€œCivic Pulse,โ€ in collaboration with our sister communities the Katilingban, Kalinaw, and Kaayuhan with the full support of ZABIDA through our Housing Administrator Ms. Jessamine Pollisco

The activity aimed to empower the youth by strengthening their leadership skills, promoting environmental sustainability, encouraging active community participation, and building unity among young people from different communities.

Through this camp, the participants were given the opportunity to learn, grow, and create meaningful connections with one another.
The youth were greatly inspired by the valuable insights and motivational messages shared by our guest speaker ,the 2nd district councilor Hon. Kimberly Villaflores together with our facilitator Sir Brixon, Their discussions highlighted the importance of responsible leadership, teamwork, discipline, and becoming instruments of positive change within the community.

Day one of the camp was filled with interactive learning sessions, team-building activities, and workshops that encouraged cooperation, confidence, and participation among the youth delegates.

In the evening, the participants gathered around the campfire, which became one of the most memorable parts of the activity. The campfire symbolized unity, friendship, courage, and hope as the youth shared laughter, stories, reflections, and unforgettable moments together.

On the second day they presented thier plans of activity on thier community for the whole year and future plans.

Indeed, the Natureโ€™s Youth Camp was more than just an activity; it became a meaningful experience that inspired the youth to become active leaders, responsible individuals, and advocates of unity and sustainability. The success of this event reflects the power of collaboration and the shared commitment of the community in guiding and empowering the next generation.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported and became part of this successful and meaningful activity, especially for their full support and commitment in making this event possible.

As we conclude our Womenโ€™s Month celebration, our community, together with our sister community, the Kaayuhan Urban Poor Association, held a meaningful joint closing activity. This event highlighted the importance of empowering women through knowledge, health awareness, and livelihood opportunities.

We conducted a seminar on human health and development, made possible through the support of ZABIDA, the participation of ZZPSU Graduate School, and in partnership with the Office of the City Agriculturist and JCI Jambangan and JJC ADZU During the seminar, our women participants learned about HIV awareness, gained a deeper understanding of the menopausal stage, and were equipped with basic first aid knowledge, essential tools in caring for themselves, their families, and their community.

In the afternoon, our women actively participated in a hands-on training on meat processing, where they learned how to make longganisa. This session was guided by our resource speaker, Ms. Ma. Lorna Bautista from the Office of the City Agriculturist. Through this activity, our women gained practical skills that can help open opportunities for livelihood and financial independence.

This Womenโ€™s Month, we celebrate not only the strength and resilience of women but also their capacity to learn, grow, and uplift one another. The knowledge shared during this activity has planted seeds of hope, empowerment, and self-reliance among our participants
We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated Housing Manager of ZABIDA, Ms. Jesamine Pollisco, for her unwavering support in making this activity possible.

Thank you very much to everyone who contributed to the success of this celebration. Together, we continue to empower women and build stronger communities.
