D’ALERT envision to Pro-actively support the Philippine National Police in their effort to promote peace & order, prevent & reduce the commission of crime, through the efficient use of radio communication services in the City & the Region. D’ALERT Mission is to provide prompt, immediate & free radio communication services to the community, in times of Calamities & Disaster or in cases of Emergencies & other forms of lawlessness activities, ultimately, in keeping with D’ALERT thrusts, it yearns for the promotion of a peaceful environment through building a continued rapport with the community, Civic, Amateur, Government and Non-Governmental Organizations in the country.
