𝐀𝐋𝐇𝐀𝐌𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐇 ! 🕌🌙

As the spirit of ramadan still lingers on every Muslim's heart, the PYAP Labuan Chapter 𝙨𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮 launched its second and third day of Free Iftar initiative for our Muslim sisters and brothers, last 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 14, at Labuan Covered Court and 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 15, 2026 at Purok-2 Madrasa drive.

Through this small gesture of kindness, we can make a big impact that strengthens the bond of every culture in our community. As we all spread kindness during the month of 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐡𝐚𝐧, may we carry the true lesson of this month, that 𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒃𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓, 𝒊𝒇 𝒘𝒆 𝒔𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕 𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓. 🤲🏻🤍 The PYAP Labuan extends it's warmest appreciation to everyone who take part and supported this activity.

Day 1 Accomplished! ✨

The first day of our Free Iftar last March 13, 2026, has been successfully carried out at Purok 5 Sea Breeze. 🕌🤝

With grateful hearts, we witnessed the spirit of Ramadan come alive through generosity, unity, and shared meals within the community. Families, friends, and neighbors gathered together to break their fast, reminding us that the true beauty of Ramadan lies not only in devotion but also in caring for one another. 🫂

On to the next! 🌙

The spirit of Ramadan 🕌 reminds us that the beauty of fasting is not only in patience and devotion, but also in sharing what we have 🤝 with others 🫂. In this spirit of generosity and unity 👥, the Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) will be conducting sessions of Free Iftar for our community ❕.

Day 1: March 13 - Purok 5 Sea Breeze�
Day 2: March 14 - together with the SK Labuan Symposium�
Day 3: March 15 - at Madrasa Drive

Through this initiative 🍀, PYAP hopes to bring people together and create a space where the community can break their fast, share a meal, and experience the true essence of Ramadan 🫀.

As the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

"Whoever gives food for a fasting person to break his fast will have a reward like his, without decreasing the reward of the fasting person in the slightest."

In line with this, the organization is also open to donations 📥, both in-kind such as water, coffee, and other iftar essentials, and monetary through GCash (09354165954 – JOEY I.). Any form of your help is greatly appreciated 🙌🏻.

𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞: 𝐋𝐍𝐊 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐳 𝐁𝐨𝐰𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬!

Yesterday, at exactly 1:00 PM, the SK Labuan headed by Hon. Albert Cinco, in partnership with the Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines Inc. – Labuan Chapter led by Mr. Kench Jiro Deniega, successfully conducted the Quiz Bowl 2025 at the Labuan Session Hall, Labuan Barangay Hall as part of the Linggo ng Kabataan 2025 Celebration.

The event highlighted the knowledge, wit, and teamwork of our youth participants, showcasing their brilliance and passion for learning.This activity did not only test intellect but also inspired camaraderie, critical thinking, and the spirit of healthy competition among the kabataan of Labuan.

The winners of the Quiz Bowl will be formally awarded on August 30, 2025 during the Linggo ng Kabataan Awarding Night/Closing Program.

Truly, knowledge is power—and our youth are the future!

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: 𝐒𝐊 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬!

Yesterday, August 25, 2025, the SK Labuan successfully held a Tree Planting Activity at Purok 3, Labuan, Zamboanga City as part of the Linggo ng Kabataan 2025 Celebration. This activity became more meaningful with the participation of the Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines Inc. – Labuan Chapter, KK Labuan, and Labuan CORGE, who joined hands in nurturing our environment and showing the true spirit of volunteerism.

Through this initiative, we were able to highlight not only the importance of preserving our environment, but also the power of youth working together in making a positive impact in our community. With every tree planted, we sow the seeds of hope, resilience, and a greener tomorrow for the generations to come.

Let us continue to care for nature and prove that when the youth lead, change grows!

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟒 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭| 𝐋𝐍𝐊 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐎𝐙 𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐃𝐎

Last August 24, 2025 at 8:00 AM, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Labuan led by Hon. Albert Cinco, in partnership with the Tau Gamma Phi - Labuan Chapter headed by Mr. Hasib Hasbi, successfully conducted a Free Aroz Caldo Sharing at the Labuan Parish Church right after the Sunday Mass.

This meaningful activity was made possible through the generosity and support of our partner, the Tau Gamma Phi - Labuan Chapter, to whom we extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation. Their willingness to join hands with the youth reflects the true spirit of unity, volunteerism, and service to the community.

Indeed, this simple act of sharing food brought warmth not only to the stomach but also to the hearts of everyone present. It is a reminder that even the smallest gestures of kindness can create a big impact in building stronger community ties.

As part of the celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan 2025, this initiative highlights the youth’s dedication to serve and inspire positive change.

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟑 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭: 𝐒𝐊 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐚𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐨 𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬!

What an epic night it was! The Mobile Legends Tournament of Linggo ng Kabataan 2025 kicked off yesterday at 6PM and it was full of intense clashes, crazy plays, and nonstop support from our ML community!

Our teams battled it out for glory, but the journey doesn’t stop here… The 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐖𝐃𝐎𝐖𝐍 for the championship will happen on August 30, 2025 at 7:00 PM during the LNK Awarding/Closing Night. Who will rise as the ultimate ML champion of SK Labuan?

Congratulations to Christian Gian Karlo Arca for bringing pride to the Philippines after clinching GOLD in the U18 Boys Individual Standard and BRONZE in the Individual Blitz at the 9th Eastern Asia Youth Chess Championship 2025 held in Guangdong, China!

The Barangay Labuan Council, headed by Punong Barangay Hon. Ron Carlo B. Maravilla, and the SK Labuan Council, led by Hon. Albert Cinco, are proud to honor this remarkable feat as he also brings pride to Barangay Labuan as one of its own.
