This meaningful initiative is spearheaded by the Muslim Youth Development Alliance – Zamboanga City Federation, led by President Alian A. Kuly, in collaboration with the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Recodo, headed by SK Chairperson Hon. Almajir Asdali.
