All interested members are advised to place and settle their payments with their respective Chapter GT on or before October 30, 2025.

📦 ORDER DETAILS:
➡️ All members are advised to place their orders through their respective Chapter GTs on or before October 30, 2025.
➡️ After the deadline, Chapter GTs shall forward all orders to their respective District Chairmen.
➡️ All collected orders must be forwarded to the Council by October 31.
➡️ Alumni Triskelions may send their orders directly to TAO President Brod Manuel Felonia.

As the 57th Founding Anniversary of Tau Gamma Phi approaches, the Zamboanga City Council is actively preparing a series of meaningful activities to make this celebration truly impactful.
To support the funding of these initiatives, and to minimize the need for solicitation, we have organized several fundraising efforts, including:

• Karyahan
• Premier Movie Nights
• The Official 57th Founding Anniversary Fratshirt

🟡 OFFICIAL FS DETAILS:
• Selling Price: ₱650
• Supplier: Triskelion Merch
• ₱50 will go to the Council Fund
• ₱50 will go to the District Fund
• Payment Deadline: August 20, 2025
No late payments will be accepted to ensure smooth production and timely distribution.

✅ Order Process for Transparency and Coordination:
• All orders will be collected only through your respective Grand Triskelions (GTs)
• GTs will forward consolidated orders to the District
• District will coordinate directly to Triskelion Merch.
• Alumni are advised to course their orders through our TAO President, Tol Bogus Felonia

🔑 Key Factors Behind the Decision:

☑️ Unanimous Approval
This initiative was fully agreed upon by all district representatives.

☑️ Proven Quality
Triskelion Merch has long been recognized for producing fratshirts that are durable, comfortable, and symbolical.

☑️ Fair and Transparent Profit Allocation
Only ₱50 will be given to Council and the other ₱50 remain to the District. The remaining amount is turned over directly to the rightful owner of the design, Triskelion Merch.

☑️ Supports Council and District Programs.
Proceeds will directly fund anniversary events, activities, and districts logistical needs.

☑️ Logistics Efficiency
Centralized and streamlined order processing avoids duplication, confusion, and delays.

☑️ Proper Documentation and Accountability
All transactions and orders will be properly documented, with full reporting during GTs’ meetings.
