As we commemorate 𝐁𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐲, we aim to spread awareness and, together, break the stigma and stereotypes surrounding bis*xuality. Being bis*xual is not simply an “unassured phase,” nor does anyone need to be told to “pick a side.” Bis*xuality is valid, and so are the experiences of those who identify with it.💌

And to those who are part of the community, we applaud you for your courage and authenticity. You do not need to prove who you are to others because your identity is yours to embrace.🫂

Let us celebrate our bis*xual folks and their individuality; let us honor their stories, respect their identities, and stand with them proudly.🙌🏻

“𝗛𝗲𝘆, 𝗸𝘂𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗸𝗮 𝗻𝗮?”

Sometimes, a simple question is all it takes to remind someone that they are not alone in the middle of a fast-paced, overwhelming world.

As we observe 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 this September, let us take this opportunity to spread awareness, break the stigma surrounding mental health, and create a safe and supportive space where everyone feels heard, valued, and understood. ❤️‍🩹

We never truly know what someone may be going through behind closed doors. Hence, let this month remind us to be kind, compassionate, and empathetic. A simple check-in, a listening ear, or a genuine “Kumusta ka?” may mean more than we realize.

And to those who are struggling:

𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐝𝐬 🌈✨

Pride /prīd/
noun — a primary emotion characterized by a sense of security in one's identity.

Many grow up believing that life comes with permission. Others never have to explain who they are; but for some, life becomes an endless act of doing exactly that. Across generations, the need for permission to exist has been quietly inherited, as though every part of who they are must first be explained, analyzed, and tolerated before it can be accepted.

Explaining why their dreams are shadowed by fear.
Analyzing why love is measured against expectation.
Enduring voices that ask them to become someone they are not.

That is the weight many have learned to carry.

So when people ask what Pride is, perhaps it begins here: in the quiet moment that opens closet doors, unfastens windows, and unlocks gates once thought impossible to cross. It is more than a celebration. It is the culmination of countless stories shaped by years of silence, fear, and resilience.

It is the journey of becoming the person you always hoped the world would see, embracing what was once hidden, and choosing a life no longer defined by permission, but by authenticity. Perhaps that is why no one should spend a lifetime searching for permission to become the person they have always been.

It is a meaningful and creative activity that celebrates connection, trust, and shared experiences. Feel the warmth of the embrace through the different shades of love—leaving marks on each other that will surely be remembered forever. 🤗

Participants must bring and wear their own plain shirts (color of your choice). Paints will be provided.
