With heavy hearts and profound sadness, the Muslim Students Association extends its deepest condolences to the family, friends, and loved ones of our beloved brother, Shariful Hashim Tiblani.

We mourn the loss of one of our oldest students and a cherished member of the Asia Academic School community, someone who once walked the same halls, shared moments of learning, and built bonds that will never be forgotten.

Our beloved brother once walked among us in the earlier days, a companion to many of our officers and members, growing up within the halls of Asia Academic School. Together, they shared countless memories, experiences, and moments that have now become a lasting part of our community’s story. His journey with us may have passed, but the impact of his presence and the bonds he formed will forever remain in our hearts.

During this time of grief, we stand in solidarity with his family and all who knew him, praying that they are granted strength, patience, and comfort. May Allah forgive his shortcomings, grant him mercy, and admit him into Jannatul Firdaus.

Truly, death comes in the most unexpected ways. Let this be a reminder to us all that nothing in this world is permanent. Even the great civilizations of old, once called eternal empires, and the most legendary individuals have all passed away. In the end, death is certain, and every fall is inevitable.

We ask Allah ﷻ to forgive him, have mercy upon him, grant him light in his grave, and admit him into Jannatul Firdaus.

May his sins be pardoned, his good deeds accepted, and his rank elevated among the righteous.

The MSA President humbly requests all those who read this message to sincerely make du‘ā for our beloved brother.
May your prayers be a source of comfort for him in his grave and a means of ease for his family during this difficult time.

Let us remember him in our supplications, for indeed, a sincere du‘ā from the living is a gift for those who have returned to their Lord.

May Allah ﷻ grant patience (ṣabr) to his family and loved ones and reward them for their endurance.

Indeed, we belong to Allah, and to Him we shall return.

Alhamdulillah, all praise and gratitude are due to Allah, the Almighty, for granting us the opportunity to host a successful SBO Grand Rally. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our esteemed School Principal, Ms. Fahataj S. Hoe, and Assistant Principal, Ms. Marriane Madjani, for their unwavering support and guidance, which reflects the Islamic values of cooperation and mutual support.

Our sincere appreciation also goes to our Student Affairs Supervisor, Ms. Fatnadia Sherhata Surain, and Education Supervisor, Dr. Ramadan Elsayed, for their invaluable contributions. Special thanks to our ISAL department, for providing spiritual guidance and nurturing the Islamic values of our students.

We are also grateful to our dedicated teachers and parents who worked tirelessly behind the scenes, exemplifying the Islamic principle of teamwork and collaboration. May Allah reward their efforts and grant them success in this life and the next.

The grand rally was electrifying, with students from various factions taking the stage to present their platforms and visions for leadership. Each candidate exuded confidence and conviction, outlining their plans to address the student body's concerns and needs. As they spoke, it became clear that these students had spent countless hours crafting their messages, carefully considering the issues that mattered most to their peers.

One of the key themes that emerged during the rally was the importance of integrating Islamic values into leadership. Several candidates emphasized the need for compassion, empathy, and justice, citing Quranic verses and Hadiths to support their arguments. They spoke about the importance of servant leadership, where leaders prioritize the well-being of their constituents and work tirelessly to serve them. The audience was captivated by the candidates' passion and sincerity, and many were inspired by their vision for a more just and equitable community.

As the rally drew to a close, it was clear that the students had been given much to think about. The candidates' presentations had not only showcased their leadership skills but also highlighted the importance of grounding one's leadership in strong values and principles. The integration of Islamic values into leadership was shown to be a powerful way to build trust, foster community, and drive positive change. As the students dispersed, they were left to ponder the candidates' messages and consider who would best represent their interests and values in the upcoming elections.

The grand rally for student body organization aspirants will take place on September 18, 2025, at Building A and B open field. In line with Islamic values of justice, compassion, and integrity, prospective leaders will present their platforms. This event provides a unique opportunity for students to engage with their peers, learn about their vision, and make informed decisions about their representation.

Important Details:
Elementary Level: Grade 4 to 6
High School Level: Grade 7 to 12

We invite all students to attend and discern the most suitable candidate to lead our student body. 📢 Process and Guidelines for Filing Candidacy

To all interested students:
The filing of candidacy for the upcoming Student Body Organization (SBO) Elections is now open. Below are the official steps and guidelines to be followed:

1. Secure a Candidacy Form
• Get your candidacy form from the Faculty Room.
• Forms are available anytime during the official filing schedule.

2. Form a Party List
• Organize your own Party List
• Finalize the official name and members of your party.

3. Submit Your Candidacy Form
• Accomplish and submit your completed form before the deadline.
• Ensure all information is accurate before submission.

4. Attend the Screening Process
• Attend the scheduled screening session.
• Only qualified candidates will proceed to the campaign phase.

5. Start Campaigning
• Create campaign materials (flyers, posters, etc.).
• Post materials only during the approved campaign period.

6. Attend the “Meeting de Avance”
• Present your platform to the student body.
• Be prepared to answer questions and engage with voters.

We encourage all aspiring leaders to participate and exercise their right to serve the student community. Let us ensure a fair, transparent, and responsible election process.

Call for Student Leaders: File Your Candidacy for SBO Elections 2025 🗂️🗳️📢

As we approach the Student Body Organization (SBO) elections, we invite eligible students to take on leadership roles grounded in Islamic values. The filing of candidacy is now open from September 8 to 9, 2025.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ A bonafide student of the institution for at least 1 year
✔️ Must have a GWA of at least 85%, with no failing grades
✔️ Must possess good moral character, and have no disciplinary record
✔️ Must be actively involved in school and community programs
✔️ Must adhere to Islamic ethics, modesty, and school rules
✔️ Must be ready to lead with sincerity (ikhlas) and responsibility (amanah)

ELECTION TIMELINE:

📌 Filing of Candidacy: September 8–9
📌 Screening of Candidates: September 13
📌 Campaign Period: September 16–18
📌 Election Day: September 19
📌 Proclamation of Winners: Immediately a day after the results

Leadership is a trust (Amanah) and in Islam, it is a great responsibility. Let your intention (niyyah) be sincere, and your actions reflect justice, humility, and service.
