The Zamboanga Caregivers Association (ZCA) brings together caregivers, registered nurses, practical nursing graduates, midwives, Emergency Medical Responders (EMRs) and caregivers with one shared mission,to serve with compassion and make a positive difference in our communities.

Our goal is to serve, to share, and to care, especially for those who have little or are in need. Through outreach programs, health education, and community service, we strive to uplift lives, bring hope, and promote health and well-being.

We also hope to inspire others to follow the path of kindness, compassion, and volunteerism. Every act of service, no matter how small, has the power to touch lives and create lasting change.

The Zamboanga Caregivers Association (ZCA), in partnership with the 1st Zamboanga City Mobile Force Company (ZCMFC), successfully conducted a meaningful outreach program in Sibutat, Curuan on June 28, 2026.

With over 237 beneficiaries in attendance, including 142 children, the event was filled with hope, joy, and compassion. The children enjoyed a feeding program, fun parlor games, and received loot bags and school supplies.

Health and wellness were also highlighted through:
🩺 Health consultation facilitated by our dedicated RN/USRN, nurses, clinic assistants, EMRs and Caregivers.
🩹 Health education on proper handwashing, bandaging, and stroke prevention.
🎁 Raffle giveaways for our beneficiaries.

We were honored to hear an inspiring message from PSMS Anthony B. Ramos, Team Leader of the 1st Zamboanga City Mobile Force Company and PSSG Jessa Marie M. Manuel.

We also extend our gratitude to our ZCA President for the warm welcome message and to our Vice President for the heartfelt closing remarks.

A special thank you to D'Alert Zamboanga for serving as our event marshals and to all ZCA officers and members who generously shared their time, effort, and dedication in making this outreach program successful and meaningful.

The Zamboanga Caregivers Association successfully held its General Assembly on June 21, 2026, at Golf Beach Resort.

One of the highlights of the meeting was the presentation of the Treasurer's Report covering the financial period from 2025 to 2026. The report provided updates on the sources of the association's funds and how these were utilized to support the organization's activities and programs.

The members also discussed the upcoming Outreach Program scheduled for June 28, 2026, and agreed on concrete plans for future activities and community projects.

We are grateful that all members actively participated and unanimously supported the proposed plans. Through these initiatives, ZCA continues its commitment to uplifting and helping people in various communities.

We hope that these activities will strengthen unity, solidarity, friendship, and mutual respect among our members and the communities we serve, regardless of faith or religion. These values remain at the heart of the Zamboanga Caregivers Association's mission and vision.
