"The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” — Eleanor Roosevelt

On August 23, the College of Engineering (COE) first-year students from different departments gathered at the COE Grounds to present their dreams through a dream board. A single piece of cardboard or paper that holds their ambitions, goals, and the futures they are determined to build — all showcased through their creativity.📸✨

These students stepped forward to realize that their dream of becoming honest and full-fledged engineers is now one step closer. A step that once felt distant now feels within reach.🏠

To us, their dreams are soon to be realized. Like a wall that can only be crossed through effort and perseverance, these aspiring engineers already carry the ambition and drive needed to achieve what others still only dream of. And to that, we hope their dreams will be fulfilled.🛣️💎

To my NSTP-CWTS Engineering Graduates,

Congratulations!

Yesterday, as I watched you cross the stage, I could not help but remember where our journey began. Many of you entered the university through a screen, attending classes online during your first semester before we finally met face-to-face. Back then, none of us knew exactly what the journey would look like.

And what a journey it was.

I still remember the dramas, misunderstandings, complaints, missed deadlines, debates, and moments that tested our patience. At the time, some of those moments felt frustrating. But looking back now, I realize they were all part of growing, learning, and becoming.

Because education is not only about mastering formulas, theories, and technical skills. It is also about learning accountability, teamwork, resilience, respect, and responsibility.

As you move forward, I hope you remember what NSTP-CWTS tried to teach beyond the classroom, that knowledge finds its highest purpose when it is used in service of others.

The world does not simply need engineers who can build structures. It needs engineers who can build trust, strengthen communities, and uphold integrity even when no one is watching.

There will be moments when your competence will be tested. More importantly, there will be moments when your character will be tested. In those moments, I hope you choose service over selfishness, integrity over convenience, and courage over silence.

Your degree is proof of what you have learned. Your actions from this day forward will prove who you are.

Thank you for being part of a memorable chapter in my teaching journey. The challenges, the lessons, the laughter, and yes, even the drama have become reminders that growth is rarely comfortable but always worthwhile.

Go forward and show the world that you are citizens who care, leaders who serve, and professionals who make a difference.

Padayon, Engineers!

Sincerely,

Sir Robert P.

Through the collaboration of CWTS, iJ-Alert, and ALAB community, we successfully conducted a donation drive, bringing not just supplies, but hope, compassion, and happiness to those in pupils need.

This was more than just giving donations — it was about sharing love and spreading positivity.

Thank you to everyone who contributed, volunteered, and supported this meaningful initiative.

𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐎-𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐎 𝐍𝐆𝐀𝐍𝐈🥙

On the 14th day of December, 2025, NSTP-CWTS students of the College of Engineering successfully completed their exam, with Nailoong’s prayers being fulfilled. These students persevered despite the scorching heat and the difficult exam, and what better way to celebrate that than a boodle fight🔥🖊️

Quickly after the exams, the traditional boodle fight was set up by the students — one that is filled with laughter, joy, and most especially comfort. Foods were shared, and smiles were spread, truly a proper way to end this year and to celebrate their hard work.😸🍵

See you next year, Abatars!
