DEEPEST SYMPATHY AND PRAYERS — ATENEO DE ZAMBOANGA UNIVERSITY

We stand in profound sorrow and grief over the tragic incident that unfolded yesterday at Ateneo de Zamboanga University, claiming precious lives and leaving many wounded.

With heavy hearts, we mourn the loss of:

- Two dedicated security guards who served and protected the community

- Two promising high school students whose lives were cut short far too soon

We also hold close in our prayers the nine individuals who were injured, wishing them swift, complete healing and strength as they recover.

To the families, loved ones, and the entire AdZU community — we share your pain. No words can ease such grief, but may you find comfort in knowing you are not alone. Our thoughts, our hearts, and our prayers are with you in this darkest hour.

May the departed rest in eternal peace, and may comfort and courage embrace all those who grieve.

🏐 FIRST UP: FRIENDLY VOLLEYBALL MATCH! 🏐

Kicking off our Sta. Cruz Island team building with high energy and good sportsmanship! ✨

Before the fun games and activities fully began, we started right — with a friendly volleyball game to break the ice, get everyone moving, and set the tone for the day! Laughter filled the air, spirits were high, and every play was about enjoyment, not just winning. 🤝

It wasn’t just about scoring points — it was about playing together, cheering for one another, and starting our gathering with the true spirit of camaraderie and unity. 💙🧡

More fun, more games, more bonding — coming right up! 🌊☀️

BEFORE THE FUN BEGAN — TEAM BUILDING OPENING REMARKS

Before the excitement kicked off, our very own OGS PSMS AL-OMAR O. ULANGHUTAN briefly addressed everyone to set the tone for the day! 💙

He shared the true purpose of our gathering: to build genuine camaraderie, foster deeper connection, and draw us closer to one another as brothers and sisters of the fraternity — beyond duties and titles, as true family. 🤝

To bring the spirit of teamwork to life, all members were divided into three groups, ready to take on the challenges, cheer for one another, and grow stronger side by side. 💪

United in purpose, building bonds that last forever. Let the team building begin!
